Diabetes Symptoms, Early Days Information

It’s important to know some of the things I will tell you here, because in the early stages, diabetes symptoms can be so mild you won’t notice. I will get right into the problem right now by telling that most of early symptoms are from higher than normal levels of glucose. For those of you who don’t know what glucose is, well, it’s a form of sugar in your blood. Like I said above, until type 1 diabetes, signs are quite hard to notice, so be aware of the following hints.

Reverse all sympoms, others did it

Common diabetes symptoms of type 2.

*First one is peeing more often. The average person has to pee somewhere between four and seven times in 24 hours. Now you may ask why, well, normally your body reabsorbs glucose as it passes through your kidneys. With diabetes your blood sugar is pushed up, so your kidneys may not be able to bring it all back in. With that being said, your body will make more urine which takes more fluids. Not only you will pee more often but also you might pee more, which can get you very thirsty. When you drink more, you will also pee more.

*Second in the list of diabetes symptoms are hunger and fatigue. Everything you eat is eventually transformed to glucose which is necessary for your cells to use for energy. In order for that to happen, your cells need insulin to bring the glucose in. In other words If your body doesn’t make enough insulin, the glucose can’t get into the cells so because of that, you will have no energy, which can make your more hungry or tired than usually.

*Now we talk about blurred vision. Because of the change in fluid levels in your body, your eye lenses will swell up. They will change their shape and lose their ability to focus.

You don’t need to suffer, other fixed these problems

*Let’s not forget about itchy skin and dry mouth, because your body is using so many fluids to make pee, there’s less moisture for other things. In other words you will get dehydrated and your mouth may feel dry. Now because your skin is dry, it makes you itchy.

*You can get slow-healing cuts or sores. Over time your body might feel difficult to heal wounds because high blood sugar affects your blood flow. That will cause nerve damage which means that body healing will not work like before.

*You may not know, but yeast infections are also one of diabetes symptoms. The reason is simple, yeast feeds with glucose, and because you have so much laying around, makes it happen. It can grow in any warm, moist fold of skin like under breasts, between fingers and toes, in or around sex organs.

*Now we have pain or numbness in your feet or legs. Remember that we talked about nerve damage? Well that’s the reason of the pain.

*The last one is weight loss. Because your body can’t take energy from your food, it will start attacking fat and muscle for energy.
