How to eat carbs and still lose fat

Let me put it this way, the longer you diet, more of your leptin levels are dropping. So leptin levels getting lower and lower, means that your hunger sensation gets stronger and stronger, making your diet harder every day. That’s why it’s recommended once a week to have a “refeed  day”, or a high carb day in other words, to reset your leptin levels. Eating enough carbs also keeps in check cortisol, which is a hormone that can cause loss in muscle mass, water retention, inflammation and increased abdominal fat storage.
